On Friday August 13 Wayne was at the Royal British Legion in Wantage, Oxfordshire at an event to raise money for Nieman-Pick disease ( Alzheimer’s in children ).
There was a superb turn out thanks to the efforts of the organising committee and the night romped along with John Fowler as MC.
Hawaiian shirts were well in evidence and the night was a great success – superb entertainment, great darts and money raised for a worthy cause.
Organiser Kevin Barefoot comments:
“Wayne is an absolute gent – a man of the people. He cannot be faulted in any way and the entertainment value is second to none”.
